My latest cookie creation has arrived… and it is heavenly ☁️✨

I’m so excited to introduce Angel of Mine — inspired by the timeless and soul-soothing 90's hit song “Angel of Mine” by Monica.

This one came together a little differently than most. Instead of going rich and indulgent, I leaned into something softer… more delicate… a little unexpected. Think a light, vanilla-forward dough with a subtle hint of almond, brightened with citrus and studded with creamy white chocolate throughout.

The result? A cookie that feels almost airy, perfectly balanced, and just sweet enough to keep you coming back for another bite - perfect for spring!
